This Works have done some investigation into peoples sleep patterns and have discovered that there are 1.3 million searches for 'can't sleep' 3 million searches for 'Insomnia' and 3.2 million for 'sleep' on internet search engines in just one month.
With crazy busy lifestyles and long working hours it's hard to switch off at night and if you're anything like us then laying in bed looking through social media sites only stimulates the brain further.
This Works have conducted some clinical trials to bring you their new sleep plus pillow spray.
This Works already have their original pillow spray but after listening to the responses of their customers they found that consumers were drifting asleep easily but were still waking up during the night.
The new Sleep Plus spray works by encapsulating the tiny drops of liquid in a film sphere. Every time a restless sleeper turns over in bed or moves the scent from the spray is released again in the same strength as the original spritz. This then allows the sleeper to inhale the relaxing fragrance again and calm them.
The 75ml (for £25.00 ) spray contains vetivert, patchouli, wild chamomile, lavender and Ho wood. The lavender is the most prominent of the scents.
This spray is suitable for all ages, even babies. Spritz directly onto your bed lined before bed time and inhale the scents deeply.
