Bobbi Brown Nectar & Nude Collection

Apricot nectar and fresh pinks have landed at Bobbi Brown for a limited time from this March. These colours are right up our street. Wearable on all skin tones and give a subtle warming colour.

The key piece is the Nectar and Nude Eye Palette. A six shadow, mirrored compact with dual ended brush.
On first glance I love the colour choice. A blend of matte shadows in buttermilk, taupe, chocolate and black along with two sparkling glitter finish bronze and peach colours.

I was quite disappointed with the colour payoff. The colours come out super natural and it takes a lot to build these up.
Priced at £37.50 which is quite expensive considering the very natural finish it gives.
They do feel soft though and blend nicely with no drop down.

The Pot Rouge in Hibiscus for lips and cheeks on the other hand is not short of colour pigment.
Vivid coral with a creamy non greasy texture. Dab a small amount on the apples of the cheeks for a healthy glow or pat onto the lips for a soft stain. This is £19.00.

Three lip glosses a gorgeous soft coral, flesh tone pink and a nude gold glitter.
These also have a good coral colour punch without looking to much like something your grandma would wear.

The glosses are £18.00 each.

The two nail colours match to the Nectar and Bare Peach glosses at £11.00 each.
Our Bare Peach glitter nail polish sadly didn't make it in the post, it smashed and covered everything in peach glitter as you may notice in the pictures but the Nectar colour is a firm favourite for this Spring.

  1. Love the look of the pot rouge and the nectar lipgloss, however won't be getting the palette as I have too many neutrals!

  2. That nailpolish is perfect!

  3. Gorgeous shades! This collection looks great for the Spring/Summer time x

  4. Oh my gosh! I have to buy the nail polishes :)

  5. I feel like all the major brands are doing a neutral palette right now. It's a bit over done. I love this cheek stain though.

  6. Oooooooh the nectar lipgloss looks lovely. The eyeshadow palette does too but if there isn't a very good colour payoff I'm not going to be spending my pennies !! x
