The shadows are well pigmented and blend brilliantly because the shadows are finely milled to create the soft and velvety feel of them. I found that because of this, a lot of product gathers on the brush so a little goes a long way with this product, so I find myself tapping off excess shadow otherwise it would shed down my face!
They are beautifully packaged in the classic Chanel style which is sleek and sophisticated, the product itself is quite small and the packaging is compact, yet they have made it bigger than the product which enables a perfect sized mirror to be put in place which is always handy. The range of the shadows is quite large for Chanel and because of this are available in iridescent, matte or satin effects so there is plenty to choose from. The two here are both beautifully shimmery and eye-catching, a perfect choice for the holiday collection.
Left - Blazing Gold
Right - Tigerlily
Look amazing! perfect for the nearby Christmas! take care
ReplyDeleteI have these shadows in two colors, Safari and Mahogany. I normally wouldn't spend the big bucks on chanel eyeshadow, but mahogany is the most perfect rich brown, and safari is so stunning that I just couldn't resist. Love them both!

Blazing Gold looks lovely! I've never tried Chanel single shadows due to their price but I might splurge on this one(:
ReplyDeleteThese are pretty. I'm not sure if they are pretty enough though to make me want to spend the Chanel price. Perhaps if they were duos or trios.
ReplyDeleteI really love Chanel and the choice for these colors ^^
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shades! Love that they are really wearable colours!

ReplyDeleteHello, just found your blog and youtube channel and I can't wait to start following some of your make-up videos :D I also just wanted to ask how you got into the make-up industry as it's something I've been thinking I would love to do and would love any tips! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe blazing gold one looks gorgeous it seems a bit cooler than a regular gold colour. I think I will go and have a swatch in the counter tomorrow. Thank you for your recommendation.
ReplyDeleteLovely colors, but the packaging it's a little bit huge for a small eye-shadow.. :)
ReplyDeleteBut still gorgeous eye-shadow
I don't like these colours!
ReplyDeleteI love Chanel :) Beautiful colours :)
ReplyDeletepretty colors :)
ReplyDeleteLove the colours and at last, an eyeshadow compact with a decent mirror! Agree with previous comments though, perhaps a duo would have been more appealing.
