Not really a fan of brights, though I love them in editorials and the lip colour in this video really suits you. Love your hair here too :) I need a new foundation and I'm torn between Chanel Lumiere and Estee Lauder double wear, which do you prefer? I really can't decide! :/
I'm not sure I'm brave enough to try acid brights on my eyes, but I'll definitely be wearing a brighter lip because that colour is fantastic! Plus it's an excuse to start getting excited about summer.
I've been seeing a lot of Virgin Isle on beauty blogs lately, such a summery colour! Great tutorial once again, I love that you keep it simple and chic ;) xx
wonderful tutorial! those colours look incredible on you, deffo prefer the bright lip AND bright eyes! Sadly don't think it would suit my skintone though :( I also hardly ever bother with primer either, just apply shadow on top of concealer :) love using just one shade of shadow sometimes, so simple!
Can you do looks on women of colour. With a darker skin tone such as Keisha Buchanan from the sugar babes. I would really like interesting day time looks, which I can wear to uni and night time looks for drinks with my friends.
Loving the new camera. Very clear. I love brights, but they don't seem to go with my skin, well when I do it anyway. I'm sure you could make them pull off on anyone. I really love you guys, your videos always get me in the mood for dolling myself up! Thanks so much, Tasha
I LOVE brights!!! and I love your makeup! Definitely going to try out this look :) I've felt summer when watching this video! Thank You!! :) p.s. are you using the 109 brush when contouring?
This look reminds me of the eyeshadow that Sam wore to the IMATS last year (yellowy/gold with black). I don't suppose you know the colours that she used do you? Or even better, could you do a video of that look PLEASE??
The Nars eyeshadow looks really intimidating! I'd have to only try to get away with the green on St.Patricks day (i got away with MAC's Newly Minted last year)
As said above, Sam, p0lease do a tutorial of the look you wore at IMATS last year. I have requested this a couple of times on videos, I would love to see it. Thanks x
Woohoo i wore bitter out last night with a dark nevy blue blended in the crease. It looked amazing!
To all your wonderful followers i'd like to share the giveaway i have going on my blog right now. You could win over $300 worth of beautiful mineral cosmetics. Check it out if you like and good luck xx
I bought NARS Rated R duo but couldn't quite get it right on my eyes. I love MAC Bitter, though. I've been wanting to get MAC Impassioned Lipstick...do you think it would look ok with an NW20 skintone? I'm so pale from winter.
Really, really love the Sleek Acid Palette. Lovely product, great colour and very easy to wear, especially for the price. I can't afford MAC :( so sleek is a good alternative.

ReplyDeleteThat e/s duo was my first Nars buy. So weird I went for that one but it looks gorgeous in the packaging. It's so pretty once on as well.
