sam, the pose is bang on. you said you're debating editing your vid for this look? maybe save it for around halloween (ie.in 7 months!ha), I know it's a look people love for that time of year. cheers!
I love this look! Blondie 'Parallel Lines' was one of my first cassettes (yes... cassettes), I got it for Christmas with Duran Duran Rio. Debbie Harry was so iconic and beautiful and this look takes me back to my ra ra skirt and girls world! xx
I'd like to buy a vowel...
ReplyDeleteOoh I don't know, Christina Aguilera? (I really recognise the make-up but just can't place it!)
ReplyDeleteBtw- who is the model in your small icon? I recognise her!
Scarlett Johansson?
ReplyDeleteNo clue. The lips look to have an orange tone, and the cheeks are very pink. They clash a bit... (it's not your skill, but the makeup look.
ReplyDeleteHey, I think its Angelina Jolie :) xoxo
ReplyDeletecould it be sophie ellis baxter?
ReplyDeletemarilyn monroe?
ReplyDeleteann hathaway?
ReplyDeleteKatheren Zita Jones? That's my guess.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was Scarlet Johanson on the vicky cristina barcelona premier....?
ReplyDeleteA very modern Marilyn Monroe.. or a very neat Christina Aguilera!
ReplyDeleteLol...not even close guys.
ReplyDeleteShe was huge in the late 70's early 80's
Hence the clashing blush and lips. (Well done Erin)
Debbie Harry from Blondie?
ReplyDeleteHooray!
ReplyDeleteWell done LamiatS
I wasn't sure whether to bother editing this one because its not really a look people would recreate.
I am undecided.
x
Yay! It was the brown eyeshadow and coral/orange lips that made me think of her. You achieved a very accurate copy of her look!
ReplyDeleteBlondie

ReplyDeleteAhhh... yes, Debbie Harry! I know it was a decade look, since I can't see anyone wearing this look present day. Nice obscure choice!
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was Scarlet Johansson on the Red Carpet.
ReplyDeleterandom question but...what's the purpose of wearing a base on the lid?
ReplyDeletei never use a base but i'm wondering if i'm missing out on something!

ReplyDeleteIf your eyeshadow stays on and doesn't crease then you don't need it. Put simply.
